HP USB Printer

Hello,

One of my users just purchased a new machine. I used the Files and Settings
transfer wizard to move him to the new machine, that went just fine.
However, he had an HP 2500 printer on his old machine using a parallel port.
His new machine only has a USB port, no parallel. I CANNOT get the new
machine to recognize the printer. How can I flush the system of any printer
info so I can start again? Can anyone help?

If HP has an uninstall utility on its website for the 2500, use that.
Otherwise follow steps at
