Windows XP reconized the Scanner and installed the basic
WIA Driver.After the software was installed
from the HP CD,windows do not reconize the scanner.IT
install the HP drivers every time,even after uninstalling
the software and removing the scanner fron the Device
Manager.It seems like this HP driver is not supported by
Windows XP.Where can I find this drivers to delete it?
It's name? How can I force Windows to use the WIA drivers
again ? Is there any other solution? Thanks

Is this a 4300c, 4300cse, 4300cxi? Here is a link to each with the
latest drivers. Just uninstall all old HP software from Add/Remove
Programs and install these new drivers. HP has gotten a lot better at
their software lately, let's hope the trend continues.
