The HP scanjet 3500c works fine through software on my XP Home box.
However the buttons on the front of the scanner don't work at all. I
downloaded a patch from the HP website that was supposed to fix this but
when I try to run the patch it just says "Update did no complete
successfully" and closes. The buttons still don't work.
Anybody using XP with the 3500c able to make the buttons work? Would
appreciate any feedback and how you do it.
