hp psc750xi & win2000pro

my printer is USB connection only, but when i add printer
using USB port nothing happens, when i add printer using
LPT1 ports it communicates with computer, but says device
is not connected. help?

Hi Pat --

I think that HP has an installer application, i.e. 'setup.exe' to install
the driver for this device. Because the device is an all-in-one or
multifunction printer, it's device driver support is a little more
complicated. I would suggest removing any queue's etc..., downloading the
PSC 750 driver from HP's website, and then following HP's installation
instruction. I think that you may have better luck doing that.
