hp psc 2175 install on usb print server ... driver missing

1. attach to computer 1
2. share printer over network
3. install printer as shared printer onto computer 2 (installs drivers
on comp 2)
4. unplug printer and plug into print server
5. install print server software on comp 2
6. install a "dummy" local printer .. then change the port to the print
server prot and the driver to the proper driver (print driver installed
in step 3 shoudl show up) under properties
7. done

-- I hate it when tech support can't solve these types of issues --
