HP PSC 2140 PHOTOSMART

ARE THERE ANY KNOWN ISSUES WITH THE HP PSC 2140 PHOTOSMART
AND WINXP HOME? I CANNOT GET THIS PRINTER TO INSTALL.
EVERYTIME SETUP GETS TO THIS FILE (D:\SETUP\HPZPRL01.EXE),
IT SAYS ACCESS IS DENIED. I CHECKED THE CD FOR SCRATCHES
ETC. AND EVEN LOOKED AT THE ATTRIBUTES TO MAKE SURE IT
WASN'T HIDDEN OR SOMETHING. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Please turn off your Caps Lock Key. It's considered shouting, is extremely

Ensure you are logged on as an Administrator or a User with Admin Rights.

Download a new copy of the software from the HP website at www.hp.com

Install the software BEFORE connecting the printe to the PC.
