Prn WEB pages, INT EXP Script Err

When printing web pages i get a window that says "Internet Explorer Script
Err"

Char 1
Error: Access is denied
Code 0
URL: res:// C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll\preview.dlg
Printer is an HP PSC 1315v
and i cannot close out of the INTERNET EXPLORER by hitting the "X". I think
the printer is configuired wrong... any help would be appreciated......

Line 93 is usually due to SurFairy. Cari's advice will fix the issue as
will uninstalling SurFairy:
