HP Printers, XP Home and Corel Software

I've just run into two seperate "Brand New Out of Box" HP
computers with deskjet 1650 printers that will hang up as
soon as anything is printed from Word Perfect 10, or any
other corel application pre installed on computer. Cannot
find any problems and no errors.
