HP laserjet 1200

I have an HP 1200 on an HP JetDirect 175x -- Every
document I send to the printer WILL print... but, it
remains in queue. If I don't delete the documents, they
all re-print when I re-boot or boot up next.

Help anyone??
I made sure Bidirectional support is enabled and the keep printed documents
is unchecked. I have the latest drivers for the laserprinter!

Hi Matthew,


1. Go to Start > Run and type: net stop spooler
2. Go to Start > Run and type: net start spooler
All of the documents in the queue get printed.

But, given that you don't want the documents in the queue to print,
you can delete all the files in c:\Windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\
between steps 1 and 2.
