File HPBF312E.DL_ Not Found.(hp LaserJet 1200 does not print)

This file, appears to be one of the many files included on
CD 1 of hp LaserJet 1200 series printer driver disk -OR-
Microsoft's Windows XP - Home Edition OS disk -OR- MS
Windows XP Service Pack 1. My computer says "Not Found!"
when issueing any print command and the printer refuses to
print.
My Windows XP Home Operating System CD is version 2002,
the hp LaserJet CD identification number is C7044-60118.
Please advise.
