The printer was working fine, but just dirty inside. We removed the
side and back panels, used compressed air and vacuum to clean the
inside, and then put back the panels.
The printer prints only blank pages afterwards. When pressing the
little GO button, a test page should be printed but it was also all
blank. We tried to open the front panel in the middle of printing the
test page, and found that the drum was clean. We tried it with
another cartridge and got the same result. The drum was rotating fine
as we put a mark on the drum and saw that it moved.
We did clean the three high voltage contacts that connects to the
cartridge.
