hp administrator or administrator

Hello I am trying to set up a new user account to my daughter , in some post
about creating new user account the recomendation is to I need to create a
new administrator account , I have Hp pc to have a "Hp administrator" and I
understand I have another "Administrator" account when I log into a Safe mode
, my question is ;
How I can create another administrator account ?
what will be happen if I do that with the Hp administrator account ?
when I create a new administrator account will be the only way to restricted
files and folders ?

Sounds like you already have enough Administrator accounts. ;-) Windows
sets up the Administrator account by default, so whether you know it or
not, it's there, even in normal mode. Looks like you also have the HP
Administrator account.

You can create a new account with ANY account that has Administrative
privledges, not just because they state Administrator.

If you don't want your daughter accessing certain files and folders,
then make her a limited user when you create her account.
