HP 4470 Scanner Driver Installation

When I try to load the device driver for my HP 4470c
scanner, I get an error message stating, "Director Player
has encountered a problem and needs to close." and the
operation shuts down. I can't get past this to load the driver.
 
Are you running as administrator?
