Unreal 3 - fine. Crysis - medium res or thereabouts. I've never heard of aion.

Your power supply is of low quality and should be replaced as soon as possible, definitely the weakest link.

Next priority would be upgrading the graphics card.

I highly recommend the Radeon 4870 - although a little more expensive, the performance given is better.
