Will this PC work?

I'm new to building and while I've read a good bit on the Internet
about making sure everything will work together and such, I want to
make sure I have it right before purchasing the parts. If anyone could
just take a look at the parts, maybe give some suggestions or alert me
to anything that might be a problem.

Not with that processor, it won't work. MSI web site says 3500+ or 3800+,
not 3700+

I don't see a power supply listed, but the power supply included with the
case you chose is terribly under-powered for the system you are planning to
build. Note that you can use that CASE, but you will need to throw the
included power supply away, and replace it with something decent. If you've
never changed a power supply, it requires a phillips screwdriver and about 5
minutes, if you are really slow. :)

The following looks like a good bet to power your rig:

GREAT quality, plenty of power, should work fine

Overall you've done a great job of picking components. The processor just
needed a slight adjustment, and most people don't consider the power supply
until they learn the hard way that they picked the wrong one. But overall
it looks like you've got great taste. This rig should be smokin'. Good
job. -Dave

Wow, thanks a lot. I should have noticed that. So I made the following
changes:

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD
Motherboard -

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103531

I added the power supply you suggested and changed RAM from 240 to 184
pin to match the new motherboard.

Sounds great. I bet you'll love it. -Dave

Pay attention to the sockets if you wish the cpu to fit into the mobo:)
