If not add about $140.
I will use my Monitor, Antec case, PS, Plextor DVD burner, old HD's for
storage, etc..
I am assuming this would be a HUGE improvement over my current system?

Oh yeah, the improvement will be big. But it depends what you're gonna do
with it. I get the impression from what you've chosen you're not a big
gamer, so you could even go down to the 6750 CPU and save some money.

Also does your old PSU have all the right connectors for the new kit?
And (just out of interest), why such a small new HDD? Hard drives are so
cheap now, that for a bit more money you could have a much bigger drive.
