Is there a way to uninstall system updates?

Do those NtUninstallKBXXX entries in c:\windows have some option to
uninstall them?

My system refuses to boot and like to uninstall the latest entries if
it will help in some way.

Yes they do.....each one of those entires coresponds to an update.
the subdirectory under each has an uninstall file....for that specific
update.

Each one of the updates should be listed in Add or Remove programs where you
can remove it. Look for the KB ### in question.

If your computer is not booting, please try the following to uninstall
the hotfix.
