How to uninstall office 2000 when it is not listed?

I have recently upgraded to Office Home 2007 but keep getting messages to
insert the Office 2000 disk to install non-existing facilities Word
Non-Commercial). As far as I know I uninstalled office 2000 but there are
obviously bits and pieces floating around. Any suggestions welcome.

If you are installing an upgrade version of Office 2007, the disk is needed
to verify that you actually own an older version that qualify for the
upgrade.
