I fed up with getting, "sorry for the inconvenience mesages" \I want to
completely uninstall IE6 from my computer and use Netscape. This feature in
IE6 really sucks!!!!

This may be impossible. IE is so deeply integrated with Windows XP that even
if you could uninstall it you would experience problems while using Windows.
Do not uninstall completely IE, but if you want only to get hid only of the
Web Navigator then you must go to Add/Remove Programs>Add or Remove Windows
Components. Then you will see the Internet Explorer icon. Just click it to
uncheck its box and click Forward to remove IE from the desktop and start
menu.

No need to install it, and as MsMoney said you may completely foul up your
system trying to do it. Just install Mozilla or whatever and set it as your
default browser.

But don't think that there are no problems with other browsers! You may
still need IE6 from time to time and it will be there when the time comes to
upgrade to I.E. 7

<sigh> How about you just turn off the error reporting tool - or even
better, fix the problem that is causing the crashes
