How to transfer domainA to another Server?

Pal

I have a W2K domainA and five workstations connected as
and when they login. I have to return the present
hardware box. So, I have to transfer this complete
domainA to another new hardware box. How should I do
this? Next day morning my five users login should not
have any difficulty in logging into this server and all
their server based applications, printing and Internet
access should not have any issues.
