how to synchronize two separate outlook clients

Hi , I have outlook 2007 loaded on my PC and Outlook 2003 loaded on my
laptop (Email comes in from different sources). I would like to be able to
keep outlook 2007 in sysn with one or 2 folders on my laptop(2003). Can you
please suggest a way ?

My PC and Laptop are connected via LAN in a workgroup. Thanks
