how to stop the password dialogue box appearing when boot up

The windows password dialogue box has started to appear
when I boot up. I don't have a password. Is there a way
I can stop tihs happening

Start|Settings|Control Panel|Users and Passwords
Uncheck the box "Users must enter...."
