how to start up word / excel without help function on screen?

When I start up word / excel / powerpoint (2003), on the right side of the
screen the help function opens automatically. I do not want this. How to
change?

Als ik word / excel / powerpoint (2003) opstart, verschijnt aan de
rechterzijde van het scherm automatisch de helpfunctie terwijl ik dit niet
wil. Hoe kan ik de settings aanpassen zodat dit niet meer gebeurt?

In each program go to Tools>Options>View & remove the check for Startup Task
Pane.
