How to show yellow tags on hyperlinks?

Hello All, in PowerPoint when a hyperlink on an object is linked to another
(PowerPoint) file, when mousing over a 'yellow tag' appears showing the url
of the linked file. When creating a hyperlink within the same presentation,
the yellow tag does not appear.

Is it possible to 'enable yellow tags' on hyperlinks within the same file?

Thanx!

When setting up the hyperlink, in the dialogue box, in the upper right
corner, click on Screen Tips. Type something there, and it will show as
you want. External hyperlinks simply automatically set up the screen tip
for you (but you can change what it shows for those links too).
