How to setup Outllook using Active Directory

I want to be able to set this up so that no matter what user logs into a
computer in my corporate network that outlook will be ready for them to use.
I use active directory for user authentication. Is there a way I can set
outlook up to fetch the user's mail based on who is logged in?

Use roaming profiles.
