for my password please help me

I take it that other people use your computer?
Create another Windows user account: Control Panel, Users Accounts.
If you haven't done so already, add a password to your user account.
Then when you are done using the computer, switch to the other
user account: Start, click the arrow to the right of the lock, Switch User.
