Darren

I have no idea about how to do this or is it possible.
I have a folder of all my customers payments from Paypal
I wish to email them all to inform I have moved to a new website

currently I am clicking each and replying and pasting in my message.

Can I highlight say 100 or so and send them all the same message in one go
and hide everyones email address?
Would appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

As far as I am aware the only way to hide other people's email addresses is
to blind copy them. What I do is send the email to my self and blind copy
everyone else.

I don't think you can select a bunch of emails and reply to them all.

But you *might* be able to create a message rule to do it.
Rules normally automatically run when new mail is received in the Inbox, but
you can run one manually.

Tools - Message Rules - Mail
New
[x] For all messages (or some other condition, like "from the specified
account" if you have one account for all customers)
[x] Reply with message
select a txt or email (.eml) file that you have composed with your
message and saved somewhere

Click "Apply now..."
select the rule you just created
Apply to the folder: select the folder that contains the customer emails
click "Apply now"

Note:
1. Your ISP may have a limit on how many emails you can send at a time, etc.
2. You should disable this rule after you manually run it, so it doesn't
automatically run whenever you receive any email, unless it's set to only
run on an account specific for your customers.
3. I don't know if it will work.

No, I'd suggest that you need the addresses. If you've saved them as
contacts, just make a group and add that group to the BCC line of the
notification mail, with your address as the To: address.

If you haven't saved them as contacts, just open the mails and add the
sender to contacts. In window Mail, open the message, doubleclick on the
sender name, choose Add to Contacts.

Do use the BCC line, so they can't see each other's addresses.

To send to all of them - Highlight>Right Click>Action>Send Email.

Caveat: You cannot hide the email addresses.

If Darren has added all the customer email addresses to his Contacts, he
could do that...
and just use the BCC: field to hide their addresses.
But he asked how to reply to all the messages, and it appears that you can't
reply to multiple messages at once.
