How to schedule Windows sleeping?

I need to set up a kiosk system to sleep and wake up in predefined times.
How can I do that? The Windows task scheduler seems to have nothing about
that.

Isn't there nothing in Windows itself to do it? From all the programs that
appears in the suggested page, the only that seems to do what I need is "Aye
shutdown", which is shareware. Is it safe? Many free/shareware programs have
spyware and akin inside them.
