How to Retrieve a Deleted e-mail address

I need an expert Technical Support on this matter.
If you can retrieve and find Deleted items in the Recycle Bin from other
Documents, there must be away to retrieve a deleted e-mail address, it just
didn't blow away through the wind when delete was hit. it has to be in my
system somewhwere, but where do I start and NO it is not in Sent Items. I
keep that Clean for security and confidentialty to my customers and this is a
New Customer just as of yesterday, therefore I do not have any print outs
with the E-mail address. There has got to be somwhere in the system to go
to. What about in Properties or Programs?
Technical Support is need and would be much appreciated.
I needed to send a proposal out today VIA e-Mail to this Customer.

If it isn't in your 'Deleted' Folder - then it is gone. Email doesn't use
the Recycle Bin - it uses the Deleted Items folder and once cleaned out of
there is gone.

Well if it happened once, it will surely happen again. Start backup up the
address book.
