How to Retrieve a Deleted e-mail address

I accidently deleted a very important Customes e-mail address and have no
other way of contacting them on the weekends. How if possible can I retrieve
this information in Out look . Wher does the deletion go to ? it is not in
the recycle Bin.

The only thing I might suggest is to look in the Sent Items Folder to see if
you might have sent that contact something in the past. It would be there.
Otherwise it's gone.

For Outlook Express it is located in this directory. Substitute your login
name for "user name". c:\documents and settings\user name\application
data\microsoft\address book.
It should have the overwritten file with the extension of .~ab. Just change
it to .wab and you should be good to go. Don't forget to change the current
address book extension to something like .old before you change the .~ab.
If you can't find it then search your hard drive for *.wab. (Windows Address
Book) And then look in that directory for the overwritten file.
