How to remove sign in page

Just recently a "sign in page" appeared showing options
form names or guest user and requiring me to select one to
access my desk top page. How do I go around this program
so I can go directly to my desk top?

try going to start, control panel , user accounts,
disable the guest account ,,, if you only have one user,
it should go directly to the desktop
