How to remove or stop Isaas.exe ? - need help

My friend's computer get Isaas.exe and "shut down the computer in 60 second"

How to fix it ?

1. Start the compuer in Safe mode by pressing F8 whilst the machine is
booting up.
2. Find Isaas.exe by doing a file search and delete it.
3. Click START / RUN and type in "msconfig" , Clcik the "services" tab.
Look for Isaas.exe and uncheck the box and click apply.
4. Click Restart.
 
You do not want to just stop/remove it. lsaas.exe "seems" a valid Windows
file. Your friend has been hit by a worm virus (maybe MSBlaster) and you
now need to install an up to date anti-viurs system and clean out the virus.
