How to remove an allowed event?

How can I remove an allowed event so that I can block it next time the popup
window ask me what to do ?

I think that the program is very confusing to find different things.

This one is indeed hard to find. In fact, even your message was hard to
find--it only just appeared for me today.

If you've done an "allow always" these can be found in Options, Settings,
click on Spyware scan in the left column, and look for the Ignore spyware
threats box on the right.
