How to recover accidentally deleted files from pc?

Hi, how can I recover those files that I have deleted from my pc, supposing
that I have already emptied the recycle bin? And supposing that I didn't do
backup onto CD-R etc.

ps: I know we can use system restore, but are there other ways?

Hi Elsie

System Restore will not help in recovering data files - if those are the
ones that you have deleted. What kinds files of are they? You will need to
use a 3rd party program:
