Can you recover anything after recycle bin had been emptied?

Can you recover any files after the recycle bin has been emptied? We have
someone who has a roaming profile that lost some of her desktop files because
she accidentally deleted them from the pc that she was one which also seems
to have deleted it from her original pc. Any help on recovery tips would be
appreciated.

Depending on whether the file(s) have been overwritten you 'may' be able to
recover it/them with a 3rd party 'undelete' program:
