Hello,

Try running Regedit and look in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Open RealPlayer, and access its OPTIONS or PREFERENCES menus. Click
through the tabs until you come upon the "starts when Windows starts",
"show icon in tray" or similar language...and disable it.

follow these steps:

right click on the taskbar, select 'properties' from the menu,
check the 'hide inactive icons' checkbox,
click the 'customize' button,
select realplayer from the list,
change to 'Always hide'
Click OK
Click OK
