How to play "gangsters" in XP?

Gangster can't be played in windows XP
I cann't find any patches (I don't think it existe)
I think there is no other way to ,play the game, than
install an older version of windows in XP.
But how do I've to do that?

I need help....

You cant install an older OS inside of XP. What you can do is use app
compat mode to try and use the game.
