How to permanently show hidden icons?

Is it possible to permanently show the hidden systray icons?

Tools>>Folder Opitions>>View>>Uncheck "Hide Protected System Files"

Go to Control Panel/Taskbar and Start Menu/Taskbar and uncheck "Hide
inactive icons".

Right-click the Taskbar > Properties > Uncheck "Hide inactive icons"

Wrong.. Follow the other suggestion whole i go back to 1st grade and
learn to read.
