Depends on what the spam blocker did to it. If it moved it to the
Junk E-mail folder, click on Junk E-mail, then the subject of the
message in the messages list. You should now be able to read at
least part of the message and decide if it's spam. If it isn't, click
on Not Junk, and it should move to the Inbox, although often
rather slowly.
