Error msg: Warning, the COM object has not been initialized

Get the error message concerning Earthlink spamBlocker Add-On when I try to
open an of the major folders such as inbox.
 
Disable/uninstall/reinstall/update your Earthlink spamBlocker Add-On or
contact support for that tool.
