how to maximize resolution of photos captured via WMM

How can I maximize resolution of pictures captured from
progressive scan DV video. Photoshop working with Photo
DV was able to take advantage of frame shot with
progressive scan to produce 640Xxxx pictures. Windows
Movie maker only captures 270X pictures. Is there an
option on movie maker? Does Movie Maker 2 do a better
job?

I probably should have said that MM2 DV-AVI size is 640x480 also - you can
capture and save movies at that resolution without getting into special
profiles to go higher.
