How to make a meeting request as an auto reply?

As soon as an email with specific subject comes to my outlook, how could I
make a meeting request to be set out automatically?

I am using Outlook2003 and my outlook is running on a server.

Any input is much appreciated!

That's not possible. You can autoaccept all meeting requests but there's no
way I know of to set criteria.
