meeting requests showing up as emails

I have one employee whose Outlook 2007 calendar meeting requests have
recently started showing up as emails (see below) and not meeting requests
with the Accept & other buttons.

When: 02/18/2009 3:30 PM-4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Where: office

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

any idea as to how to restore them to meeting requests

Problem solved by going to "Tools->Options->Calendar Options->"check" When
sending meeting requests over the Internet, use iCalendar format
