how to load fedoracore 7 in windows vista loaded system

i have tried mehods given on the net
but when i aM BOOTING IT WITH FEDORACORE 7 AND UBUNTU 5.04 THEY SAY
HARD DISK NOT FOUND.....
I HAVE SHRINKED THE DISK SPACE AND LEFT IT RAW... BUT IT IS NOT
WORKING .


CAN ANYONE HELP?

Those are very old versions of those distros. They apparently aren't seeing
your SATA hard drive. Since Fedora and Ubuntu are free, you should download
the latest .iso's for the current versions and burn them to create bootable
CD's.

After you've done that, post questions regarding Linux in Linux newsgroups
and forums.
