how to keep history files from being deleted

I have a room mate using my computer and they have their own user account but
I am administrator. How can I keep the history from being deleted. I have
looked under internet options and he is deleting all of his activity. Is
there a way as administrator to keep the history from being deleted or to
divert it to another file?
 
Presumably hes PC savvey, in which case theres little you can do.
But why worry about his history? If you dont know about it you cannot be
held resonsible - so long as hes not logging on to your account
