delete internet explorer history file

i can tell under internet options to delete history files , or go to history
from the internet explorer toolbar and delete hisory , but after deletion,
the previos history comes back after viewing a few web pages . any ideas
thank you

That is not IE (Internet Explorer) history but browser history. Depending
on what ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are using they keep a history
on your browsing, in AOL it is called History Trail. It can also be deleted
if you so desire. Check it out.
