Cookie & Temp files aren't "ALL" deleted when requested ???

Why don't "all" the cookies get erased when I try
to via
IE6 / Tool / Internet Options / Delete Cookies,
File, & History?
When I do an Explore on C:\ Bubey \ Local Settings
\ Temp
I find 155 cookies in Cookies and a bunch of files
in
History and Temp ??? And how can I make sure they
are
deleted more easily than having to remember to do
it via
Explore..........TNX

All But the last 7 days worth are deleted. There is a registry fix to remove more, but I can't find
my notes on it now. Someone will have the details.
