how to install

I have a problem i 'd already downloaded the iso file for vista and its
stored on a file in my computer , my question is , do i have to burn it on a
dvd ? or i can i just install it from this file?

Burn the image to DVD, don't just copy the file to DVD.

You have to burn it, and burn it as an ISO. This, quoted from Microsoft...

"Once you complete the download you must burn the ISO file to a DVD. If
you don’t know if your DVD-burning software will support burning an ISO
file, please refer to your DVD-burning software program and search Help
for instructions on creating a disc from an ISO file."
