No one seems to know how to correct my problem with no being able to save images, so can someone advise how I go about downloading a new IE to my computer so I can remove the IE that is presently on there

I assume that I need to download the new IE beofre delting the old, otherwise I will not have net access

Can someone help?

I once had a problem with IE not working and was told I
would have to uninstall my windows and then reinstall it
in order to reinstall IE. I don't know if that is true or
not. I took my disks and let the computer guy in town
redo everything. However, if you find you can just
reinstall IE you might think about downloading netscape
and you could use it to access the internet until you get
your IE problem resolved. That is what I did until I was
able to get IE fixed. In fact, I kept Netscape and still
use it sometimes to browse or I have found that for no
reason IE does not seem to want to download a particular
item and I go to netscape and use it to download what IE
would not. Sorry I could not be of any help with your
particular question.

Try it the drastic way:

Make sure you have downloaded the IE6 setup files first, but not loaded.
Backup your Favorites folder.

Use IE Eradicator to completely delete Internet Explorer.

Run IE6 setup.

For the IE image problem, if you are runnig Windows XP,
then my problem was solved when I adjusted the registry
settings. Search on posts for the problem.

If this wasn't the issues, then please disregard.
