I work on a large document that is the content of a new website and I want to
put hyperlinks from one page to another or to a specific paragraph of a given
page.
How do I do it? I have tried the instructions under hyperlinks help but it
doesnt work. Can any one help?

In order to hyperlink to a specific location that is not a heading or any
other type of text that Word bookmarks automatically, you must insert a
bookmark in or around the text that will be the target of the hyperlink.
Then you click on "Place in this document" in the Insert Hyperlink dialog
and select your bookmark.

Insert a bookmark at the location to where you want the hyperlink to jump.
Insert a Hyperlink to 'Place In This Document' and select the bookmark.
